RECENT PROJECTS

FCT Tank Project

The problem involved a bridge that was tripped, caused misalignment and stress issues.
 The following tasks were performed to address the issue: 
1- The damaged bridge has been repaired and reconnected to the feed well and other bridge.
2- Damaged ball valves have been replaced.
3- A new frame has been manufactured.
4- The teared rods have been replaced by new ones .
5- New hinges and supports have been supplied and welded by 3-path TIG argon welding to ensure profissional functionallity .
6- All damaged sheets have been restored.
7- 220- ton crane has lifted the tripped bridge and relocated it on its hinges.
8- New hinges, supports and frame have been painted with epoxy coating.
9- The scum box has been pulled back to its location using Blanco.
10- A full cycle dry test has been applied to ensure the tank's functionality.
